A Heartfelt Farewell from SEEDS Community Resolution Center
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of the SEEDS Community Resolution Center at the end of October. This decision was not made lightly and comes after careful consideration of our current circumstances in a challenging environment for small nonprofit organizations.
Over the years, the SEEDS Community Resolution Center has provided powerful and invaluable services to our community, offering a safe place for resolving conflicts and fostering understanding, providing trainings to equip folks with skills to make a difference in their communities, and partnering with other community centered organizations to meet the need for conflict transformation. We have been honored to serve you and are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us.
While SEEDS will not be able to provide community mediation and other support after October 31, we know how critical these services are. Here is a list of our partners for mediation, legal services, restorative justice support, and more.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated supporters, volunteers, practitioners and staff. Your passion, professionalism, and commitment have been instrumental in making SEEDS a beacon of hope for so many and establishing a standard that has rippled through the community and the field. Your contributions have made a lasting impact on the lives of countless individuals and families.
While we may be closing our doors, our commitment to peace and conflict transformation remains unwavering. Each person who has been a part of SEEDS carries the learnings within and will continue to make an impact in our community.
We do have a wonderful pool of independent practitioners who may be able to help meet your needs.
Thank you for your unwavering support and understanding during this transition. Together, we have made a difference in the lives of many, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
