Multi-Party Facilitation
Some community issues involve multiple parties, and require a customized approach rather than the typical community mediation process. SEEDS offers facilitation services to bring all the affected parties together to work toward a solution.
Who Can Benefit
If you are part of a group or community (church, sports club, neighborhood association, school) that needs some help to improve communication and reach agreement on a complex issue, you may want to consider our facilitation services.
What Is Facilitation?
Facilitation is a way to help a group accomplish its goals. A facilitator trained in group dynamics helps participants understand their common needs and goals, and guides them in making a plan to achieve those goals, without having a position on the issues or an emotional stake in the outcome. The facilitator also helps the group work through disagreements.

How Much Does It Cost?
Multi-party facilitation normally costs $50-$250 per hour, on a sliding scale. Some facilitation projects may be subsidized or underwritten by grants or by individual or corporate sponsorships.
